The rapid growth of medical tourism in Mexico is providing excellent side benefits for those of us who
live at Lake Chapala. I became interested in how this industry is growing in our area and improving
conditions after I read a September 2009 Guadalajara Reporter article written by Julie Shattock.
Here are some of Julie's comments from that article; the facts and statistics that caught my attention and
whetted my interest enough to send me searching for more information to share with you.
