How many stars do you need for AJGA?

One earned star may be all you need to gain entry to some summer ACDS Junior All-Star Series (ages 12-15) events. There are many stars at stake. Earn up to four performance stars in Qualifiers for AJGA Open tournaments (ages 12-19) and two stars in qualifiers for ACDS Junior All-Star Series events (ages 12-15).

How do you qualify for AJGA?

Players who want to compete in AJGA events must sign up for a Junior or Junior Plus Membership and be at least 12 years of age to participate in an AJGA event. Future Player Membership (non-playing) is available for players younger than 12 or who want to receive AJGA membership benefits without participating in events.

How do you get invited to AJGA Invitational?

Team eligibility will be based on the following criteria:

  1. Must be 12-19 years old.
  2. Must be current AJGA members in good standing to receive an invitation.
  3. Must compete in a minimum of one AJGA tournament between January 1 and June 18, 2021.

How do you get fully exempt AJGA?

Players will fall into one of the following categories: (1) FULLY EXEMPT: Players with a top finish at a top-tier national junior tournament (including non-AJGA tournaments). Fully Exempt players have first priority into AJGA Open and Junior All-Star Series tournaments.

Do AJGA Stars expire?

AJGA earned Performance Stars are good for the remainder of the season earned (until deducted for tournament entry) and the following season (until deducted for tournament entry). At the end of each AJGA season, Performance Stars earned the previous year expire and are removed from the member’s record.

After each field is announced, players must submit payment in the Player Center by Monday at 3 p.m. ET in order to accept the spot in the field. A new section in the Player Center called “Payment Center” will provide AJGA members with access to make payment by credit card.
