What is FRCP 34?
Rule 34(a) requires that, if necessary, a responding party “translate” information it produces into a “reasonably usable” form. The rule does not require a party to produce electronically stored information in the form it [sic] which it is ordinarily maintained, as long as it is produced in a reasonably usable form.
When can interrogatories be served FRCP?
The responding party must serve its answers and any objections within 30 days after being served with the interrogatories. A shorter or longer time may be stipulated to under Rule 29 or be ordered by the court.
